Bespoke software studio. Full-stack delivery across cloud, native, web, and AI tooling.
Enum Solutions Inc. is my consulting company, based in Langley, British Columbia. I'm Nick Morozov. I've been a full-stack developer for some 15 years, probably more if you count university and side projects. About 8 years ago I switched to Salesforce, started as a developer and worked my way up to senior technical architect. Along the way I wore many hats: BA, admin, PM, a bit of scrum master and DevOps. I've worked in big teams, small teams and solo, and led teams of up to about 12 people.
These days my projects are on the smaller side. I handle discovery, requirements gathering and design, and then the implementation itself. Sometimes I have one to three developers helping out, and I hand them the simpler stuff.
That's my core competency, mostly because it's what I've worked on the most. Usually I get a Salesforce org and build something custom on top of it. One integration I built handles 11 million records in 3 hours. I've also worked with MuleSoft and Dell Boomi.
Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Consumer Goods, Health Cloud, Data Cloud, Manufacturing, Experience Cloud, Agentforce recently, and probably a few I'm forgetting. They have too many clouds. If the client has admins, I build as much as I can in Flow so their people can change things without hiring someone again. Over a million records, though, we don't do flows.
Every project I'm on, solo or in a team, gets a CI/CD pipeline with a GitHub repo and pull requests. It keeps things organized. I've used Copado, Gearset and GitHub Actions. I also build wrappers around existing tools, to make the config easier or to put a UI on a command line utility so admins can use it too, not only developers.
It's usually me talking to the client directly, figuring out the design and writing the tasks. I like to shore up the details, because if a developer doesn't understand a story, QA won't either. Ideally it's foolproof. It never is, unfortunately.
Work is contracted B2B through Enum Solutions Inc., as sub-contracting or as agency advisory. Solo, or with a small team of 1-4 engineers.
Have an upcoming project, or need a cross-functional architect for a complex B2B contract? Let's talk.
